​For the past 20 years I have facilitated group workshop, supported couples, individuals and families in our ever changing communities. I am a Integrated Body Psychotherapy Associate, a committed student of the Integrated Body Psychotherapy model,  and Thomas Hubl's work on individual, ancestral and global trauma healing.  
I support individuals, couples and families in the process of integrating change, bringing a new awareness to our core self and an awareness of presencing into clients lives and relationships.
I foster the empowerment and enhancement of bringing awareness to our authentic core self in an constant changing life and world.
