Walmart Expansions & Remodels
Orange County concrete and demolition company R. Farino recently teamed with two separate General Contractors to expand and remodel Wal-Mart stores in Palmdale and Baldwin Park, California. All aspects of Team R. Farino's services were required on each project including interior selective demolition, interior and exterior trenching and coring for new utilities as well as Wall Sawing and concrete breaking for the store expansions. Both stores remained fully operational during the duration of the projects and both were completed within the proposed schedule and budget.

California State University, Los Angeles Simpson Tower
After the Northridge Earthquake in 1994, many buildings had to be seismically retrofitted for proper stability. One such building was the Simpson Tower at California State University, Los Angeles. Orange County concrete and demolition company R. Farino serves all of Southern California and was glad to be teamed-up with the General Contractor to help accomplish this task.

Irvine Medical Building
Team R. Farino recently partnered with an Orange County Development Firm to turn a 74,000 square foot manufacturing facility into two 25,000 square foot medical buildings in Irvine.
